No lightening bolt after online payment confirmed.

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have an automatic payment set up for my mortgage. When Quicken downloads that payment transaction, it shows the check number in the register, but there isn't a lightening bolt next to it. This makes it so I have to call my bank to confirm if the payment is pending or to make sure it has been canceled. Anyone else have this issue or know what the problem is?

What is the connection type for the account. Only accounts setup with Direct Connect would have the lightening bolt.
