Moved Quicken 2017 to a new platform but no login prompt

I moved my Quicken 2017 to a new platform but still windows 10. When quicken comes up all I get is a blank screen. From what I read that is because I am not logged in. However, after the install and quicken starts I do not get a prompt to log in. How can I fix this? TIA.

You need to copy the C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Config\QUICKEN.INI file from you old Quicken installation to the new one. Also, download/install the R20.5 Mondo patch from Quicken 2017 Patches - QuicknPerlWiz.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100

Thanks for the reply. Are you sure that path is correct? There is no Quicken directory in ProgramData.0

C:\ProgramData is a hidden folder, you need to show hidden files and folders.
Patch Error: Unable to check for updates, the server file failed to load (quicken.com)

I know that. ProgramData is there along with many subfolders but Quicken is not among them.0

That file does exist and I copied it. The updates then started (it didn't get that far before) but then when Quicken restarted I still have the same problem. I open that file from the file menu and I can see the data briefly before the blank screen.0
