USAA Credit Card Downloads not working for almost a year??

Why am I unable to download my USAA Credit Card transactions to Qucken for almost a year. Big problem and apparently not able to be solved.

    There is an Open Alert regarding USAA accounts and issues with missing transactions after attempting to update accounts or download transactions. You can follow the link here for additional information and any future updates. Note that currently there is no ETA regarding a resolution, although we have teams working on the issue.
