I just recently received a notice that my Quicken is about to renew. I thought this was cancelled shortly after attempting to use it. I have never even opened it. I just paid for a year's service and thought it was cancelled. Never been used.

You need to contact Quicken Support to get your renewal canceled. This forum can't help with that issue.
