Credit Card not reporting

Suddenly two of my Credit Card accounts are not being updated, and not receiving input from the provider. Not only that, but I am getting notices from Quicken saying that these two cards are "Over the limit" when I pay the balance off every month. Do I need to contact Quicken or the Credit Card company? Does it help to remove the cards from my accounting and then re-install them?

    Financial institution (or Financial Institutions) for the credit card Accounts?  Are the Accounts showing the correct balances in Quicken, ignoring the lack of downloaded transactions?  Or, if you're entering transactions manually to keep the cards up to date, are the cards' balances correct?
    One of the more "gentle" approaches to seeing if you can fix this would be to use the Reset Account button that's available under the Online Services tab of the Account Details screen.
    More likely than not this is a problem on the Quicken side of things.
