No option to Add a Loan

I am running the Quicken Starter Edition on Windows 11. I am trying to set up a small loan and when I click Add Account I am brought to the window where I can choose a connected account or "Offline Account and Cash". When I select the Offline Account option, all that's available is "Banking (Checking, Savings, Credit Card)" and "Cash". There is no option to add a Loan. Is this because of the version I am using? A setting somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

Starter can't handle Loan accounts.  You need to upgrade to Deluxe or higher to include Loan accounts.
If you contact Q Support to make the purchase, they'll probably pro-rate for the amount you paid for Starter.
