    Hi @jimbo002 .  Quicken Community is a forum of users, like you, who are not going to be able to answer any questions regarding any case numbers.  There are a few Quicken employees (mostly Moderators) who will sometimes pipe in but if you want to have a specific discussion regarding the status of your case you will need to contact Quicken Support via Phone or Chat (https://www.quicken.com/support#windows).
