Bill reminders with splits cannot be opened with <CTRL-S>

I have some transactions containing splits added to my register with <Bill Reminder>. When I try to view the split by the hotkey <CTRL-S> the split window will not open. Is that normal?

Well, I'm on R47.7 and tested on some random split transactions and they did popup when I used Ctrl+S, so I'm not sure what the problem in your case.Signature:

Are they actually in the register or just future reminders that are showing in your register?Signature:

They have been posted in my checking register. I thought in the past that I could open these up. The latest Quicken update seemed to add new features to Bill Reminder - like showing past due in the register window. I wonder if it also changed the way splits behave.0

Thanks for checking, Chris. Looks like I'll have to phone in to Quicken and see if I can get through to support.0

P.S. If you are showing reminders in your register, you can't look at splits that way (never could).Signature:

Chris, it turns out that somehow my Quicken file was corrupted. Speaking with an agent on phone yesterday I got that resolved. However, when I did downloads from my institutions today, I had crazy stuff going on - downloading dozens of transactions from as early as 2020 in some accounts. Since support is closed on the weekends I have spent several hours diagnosing and cleaning up the mess. I'm hoping I've got it fixed now. We'll see....0

I have three monthly income reminders that have 3 splits in them. They worked fine for years but the 46.9 and 46.12 broke that function and put the splits in as zeroes with the total at the bottom as categorized. I rolled back to an older version R45.21 and everything is fine. I have blocked the automatic install feature on Quicken updates until I hear that the split feature is corrected. Tech support reported my issue but were hesitant to say it would happen anytime soon. I was hoping may the recent update (Release R47.7 (1/25/2023)) fixed that?0
