Exchange new subscription of Quicken Windows for Mac version

I purchased a new Windows version so I could migrate my existing Quicken for Mac 2017 on a 2011 MacBook to my Windows 10 desktop. Because Mac 2017 is no longer supported, the .QXF file install on the windows Desktop failed. So, I've purchased a new MacBook and want to migrate from the old Mac. I haven't installed any data on the Windows desktop so I need my new subscription to be on the new MacBook. How do I do this without purchasing a new subscription?

Quicken Subscription includes both Quicken Windows and Quicken Mac.  You don't need to return anything, just install Quicken Mac and sign in with your Quicken Id.
