Not getting the correct transactions when using Quicken at Fifth Third Bank.

When I use the Quicken One Step Update for my Fifth Third accounts (4 of them) on at least one I get the wrong balance.

    The wrong online balance or the wrong account register balance?
    Has this been an ongoing problem for a while or did it start recently, perhaps after a version update (and which version update)?
    Also, please clarify what you mean by "at least one".  The number of accounts this happens with changes from OSU to OSU?
