When can I not connect to SoFi

I try using the same credentials as I use when I log into SoFi but I keep getting a failure. Why?

    What error message, or code, are you getting when you try this?

    Looks like you entered invalid credentials please try again. I then go to sofi and use the username and password I tried and they work
