Converting Mac to Windows after Mac crash

The only process I can find for converting Quicken data on macOS to Windows requires running Quicken-Mac to do so. My Mac hard disk crashed and I can't use the machine, but do have the data file. Is there an import-from-Mac-format function available for Quicken-Windows?

    Unless you can get someone to run Quicken Mac for you there isn't any way to do this conversion.
    Quicken Mac is the only program that can convert your Quicken Mac data file to a QXF file that can be imported into Quicken Windows and converted to a Quicken Windows data (QDF) file.
