For example move a category from personal expenses to business expenses.

To make  ANY category a business expense, add a BUSINESS (usually Sched C) tax line to it.

To do that, click TOOLS, Category List, RIGHT click on the category name, click EDIT, click TAX REPORTING, and select your desired Tax line for the category.
