Quicken not downloading older transactions?

Last couple of years was basically a disaster (for everyone, I know) and I hadn't updated my Quicken since August 2021. So, sixteen months of transactions missing from my local registers.

Did an "Automatic One Step Update" yesterday and only got 6 months of transactions from my credit cards. I got all missing transactions from my bank.

Is this a known issue with Quicken or do I need to contact my credit card companies?
