After Recent Update, Could Not Get Merrill Lynch to Download

I called Quicken support and had a good encounter. I thought I'd share the solution that worked for me. I was getting a 2000 error.
1. make a backup
2. disconnect each account (R-click; account settings; downloads; disconnect accounts)
3. Go into Keychain and search for "quicken"; delete all passwords that include both words "quicken" and "Merrill Lynch" in them.
4. reconnect the accounts (R-click, account settings; find the bank; pick "Detailed"; downloads; connect; advanced; Direct Connect; continue.

Just guessing ... your error code 2000 could be caused because you did not perform this:Log in to MerrillEdge.com website and enable Quicken access for your accounts.See instructions by @lhossus in https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7928072/merrill-edge-detailed-tracking-status#latest
