New Feature Request: Apply Rule to Existing Transactions

This issue has been in Quicken forever! Please consider fixing. I categorize a transaction and create a rule after downloading transactions for a month, quarter, year, and then I need to separately do a search and replace to fix existing downloaded transactions. PLEASE add an option to apply the rule to existing transactions even if the way you implement it is to pop me into the search and replace dialog with the rule data and I still need to click Update All. Please.
