Physical product mail out

Hi,

Recently I renewed the subscription so I do not need the product sent by mail to me. Please help to cancel the physical product shipment. Thank you.

I'm pretty sure that unless you asked for a CD, you aren't going to get a CD.  Renewals require nothing more than paying the fee and Quicken extending the end date of your subscription, at most you should get an email confirming your purchase.
