Reauthorize AMEX account tries to reauthorize closed accounts

I have a CLOSED AMEX account, which still says "Direct connect" in the a/c list, so when I update my accounts it triggers the "Reauthorize" guff, which is pointless since, well, der, it's closed. And since it's closed I can't remove the direct connect stuff. Please fix this.

    In reality when you closed that account it should have removed the online downloading.  So, the problem was created at that point.  I never use "Close account" for various reason, one being that this kind of problem has been reported before.
