Did this just start today?  If so, I think there is some issue going on with Quicken's or Intuit's server because I have been having OSU issues all day with almost all of my EWC and EWC+ accounts.  I have not had any issues updating DC connected accounts.

I would almost a zero chance that any of this has to do with the patches.  People always associate things not going right with the last thing they perceive as changed.

R47.15 came out yesterday 2/9/2023.  R47.11 came out 2/2/2023. If one believes that it is a patch that caused the problem, then they should install an older patch to go back to the version they were using.

The first thing I would check is if the financial institution is correct on all the accounts.  You can see this in the Account Details.
One of the things that has come up several times for these change overs from Direct Connect to Express Web Connect + is that it tries to guess at what account in Quicken should be linked with the online account, but gets it wrong, and you end up with accounts in Quicken connected to the wrong financial institution.  Which will of course fail.

Note when you get to the dialog where Quicken is linking online accounts to accounts in Quicken it is very easy to miss that Quicken picked the wrong account since the "Nick Name" is in very light grey.  The "Nick Name" is the name of account in Quicken.

I did. It has something to do with this Web Express +. Once I activated for AMEX, chase is now experiencing problems. What I find interesting, is that I have several accounts with Chase, but only one (1) account is updating. I am hoping that once the AMEX issue is fixed, it will fix the Chase issue. I am able to update my other accounts, the ones using Direct Connect. It seems like the AMEX authenticate affected Web Connect updates.

I am also wondering if I am having this issue due to an order of operations. I cannot remember which was done first, Amex authenticate or 47.15 update
