The categories I updated online are not showing on my Quicken mobile app.... help please

Does anyone know how to fix the inconsistencies in categories between online and mobile app? Odd, right?

Have you tried to reset you Cloud data from your computer? (Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web > Reset your cloud data. If you want to read about what this will do, click on the ? in the blue circle just to the right of that.)
