Space bar no longer works on Quicken for Mac

The space bar has become inoperable in the ledger so words all get strung together. I have Quicken Deluxe, version 6.12.2. This bug needs fixing!

@ianz91 It's not a bug in Quicken Mac; it's something to do with your Mac's settings. Please read the link @RickO provided, as the solution discovered there is likely the same or related to the issue you're experiencing.

Thank you. That does seem to have solved the problem. Still a mystery why the problem suddenly appeared but that seems to have taken care of it.
