Move Quicken to a different user profile on the same computer

I am deleting a profile on my PC that contains Quicken and creating a new profile. What is the best practice for me to move my Quicken over to the new profile and delete from the old one?

    I would copy the Quicken folder that's in the Documents folder to the new profile's Documents folder and double click on the .QDF file to start Quicken.

    Once opened in the other user profile, be sure to check all of the preferences since some of them are tied to the user profile.
