Quicken Login Fails After Upgrade to 6.12.2

After agreeing to upgrade to 6.12.2, my login access (online and offline) to Quicken fails. I even "successfully" reset the password 3 times. It is not a connection, but a validation error at the server. My 6.11.3 version on my soon-to-be-retired Mac Book Pro works fine. (Needless to say, I did not heed the update request on that machine.). Quicken is closed for the holidays until Tue.
