Cannot see register with Etrade

I reset my download connections with Etrade, now I can't see my transactions register
I had to rename my logins with my Etrade stock investment accounts. That meant I had to establish my link with Etrade on these accounts. [Removed- Personal Information]

    Check to see if you've been switched to "Simple" investing.
    Right click the Account in the Account Bar (vertical column to left or right of the screen) and click on Edit/Delete account.  If the tracking method is Simple, change that to Complete.  Then do Edit > Preferences > Investment transactions and make sure the "Simple" box is not checked.

    Tom… cannot thank you enough. Additional information on same problem… when I set up my download from E*TRADE on my new Quicken file, the first download must have changed that flag to "simple investing" although I had no idea what happened nor how to fix it. Now GREAT
