Does Auto reconcile feature for Investment accounts actually work?

I am running V47.15 Build 27.1.47.15

I have the Reconcile Using Online Balance box checked (under Online Services) but after every download I am prompted to enter the current cash balance in order to reconcile

Am I doing something wrong? Or does the feature not work the way it should?

Any help would be appreciated.
