After removing shares from an investment account the "inv amount" column is different than the value

After removing shares in a $1 per share money market account how can the amount shown in the Inv Amount column be different than the total value of those shares? The value has never changed.

What "inv amount" are you referring to?
-- "Inv. amt" in the investing account's transaction list (register)?
-- "Amount invested" in the Portfolio views?
-- "Amount Invested" in the Investment Transactions report?

These are all different
