Why does my report not include a category that is clearly selected and had valid data in it

I've selected ALL categories and for some reason at least two categories, there may be more and I just discovered these, are not appearing on the report. The transactions in question are correct and the options are correct.

    Just to check, is the account for the transactions selected for the report? Are the transactions in the reports date range

    Actually I just did a verify and rebuild and things are working now. Really weird. It was only a few transactions to which this happened in just a few categories.
