How do I renew lapsed subscription to my iPad?

Quicken is desktop based software, on either a Mac or Windows computer. There is a companion mobile app which runs on phones and tablets, but it cannot be used alone without a desktop computer. The mobile app is free.

If you're looking to renew a subscription for Mac and/or Windows, you can purchase directly from Quicken — just visit Quicken.com — or from retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Staples and others. If your subscription lapsed more than 3 months ago, you are eligible if you find anyone offering a discoutned price for new subscribers; if your subscription just recently expired, then you'll pay the regular price (unless you find a retail version at a discounted price which is not limited to new subscribers.)
