Error during installation.

Trying to install Quicken from downloaded Quicken Application. An error occurs saying file needed to do the install is being used by another application.

Try downloading again.

Retried downloading at least 5 times. Quicken Service Tech also tries download. No luck.
Stalls about 80% through installation process.

I would suggest pausing your Anti-virus software during the install. What is the name of the file?

Paused the AntiVirus software. Still didn't load. The file that seems to be the problem is C:\users\david1\appdata\local\temp\pft894.tmp\pftw1pkg

I would suggest deleting everything in the Temp folder. C:\users\david1\appdata\local\temp\
