Downloads from Bank of America now go to wrong account

When BOA started requiring me to get permission for Quicken to download transactions, back in Sept., the transactions from my checking account go into my credit card account, and the credit card transactions don't show up at all. I'm doing my taxes and I can't use Quicken to report some of my deductions. Is Quicken pretty much useless these days?

    Sounds to me that when you re-activated the BofA accounts, you linked them to the incorrect existing accounts in Quicken.

    Have you tried de-activating and re-activating them while being very careful to make the correct links?
