Long time bug. Deposits amounts in brokerage accts in the register - the amounts are lost. Fix?

Hi Quicken. This is a long time bug (many years). I'm just finally getting around to reporting it. On the windows desktop app (Version R47.15 now) in the register for a brokerage acct, enter transactions -> deposit. Fill in the deposit amount on the pop up window. When clicking done or next, often the amount field is emptied in the register. The solution is to notice it, and enter the number in the register, save. But it's annoying. Can Quicken debug and fix this? Thanks in advance.

We are sorry about this issue with Amount information being cleared. Thanks for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
Is there any way you could provide screenshots of the pop-up that appears after you click Enter Transaction - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.

Thanks Jared. I've attached a screen shot of the deposit pop up window, a shot of the register after clicking done on the popup deposit window, and the account type from the accounts menu. Note: this happens less often if the dollar amount in the deposit pop up window is NOT the last thing I enter. (That is, when the dollar figure is the last thing I type, it usually is cleared in the register). As an aside, I tried setting up a dummy new brokerage in a side test file test.QDF but the brokerage looks very different, no register, so obviously Quicken accts has moved on, and I have older acct types that I am very comfortable with.0
