Who do I contact when it seems like a download corrupts Quicken?

I had a corruption issue described here: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7923715/mobile-sync-corruption
I restored to a backup, and slowly restored connections. I went for awhile before syncing again. I only activated online services for a few institutions. Shortly after activating sync for my HealthEquity HSA, I ran into corruption again. It first showed up as a discrepancy in my HSA ledger that I traced to an entry that was exactly 5 times the amount it should have been. When I tried to correct it in the source payroll transaction, the file went corrupt just like last time. There have been some other oddities with that account, as well, like downloaded transactions that wouldn't match with an obvious match in the ledger.

Mobile & Web sync has never worked. It continues to damage data as it has since inception. Stop using it.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

I recommend the same as @"Rocket J Squirel" but if you really want to report it contact Quicken support and also select Help > Report a Problem
