visa credit card balancing

unable to balance visa account. figures were .85 cents off. Checked my figures all were correct and added up correctly but quicken came out .85 cents short. There is a problem with quicken adding when you balance the account. Any one else have this problem?

Is this the 1st time that you've reconciled the acct? If so, your OPENING BALANCE could be off by that amount.

If not, dbl-chk prior statements vs your Q account to see if something got changed or deleted.
