How do I automatically add a tag to transactions - Starter version ?

I need to tag certain credit card transactions as recurring charges. I looked at using the memorized payee list but adding a tag value is not an option for Quicken Starter, version T47-15.

    Starter has very limited support for Tags.

    If they are recurring charges, you might want to add Scheduled Reminders for each of them, with proper categories as needed.
    Record these transactions in Quicken before their due date. When downloading from the bank, Quicken will match the downloaded transactions to the already existing register transactions.
    This will also help with budgeting.
