On Quicken for Windows, is there a log that I can look at that would provide information about recent activity? For example, I used the "update" function to download transactions from one of my credit cards, but it doesn't look like it downloaded any transactions and there SHOULD be quite a few.
You can see a summary of your last One Step Update by going to Tools > One Step Update Summary. That will show how many transactions were downloaded and any error messages.
You can also go to Help > Contact Support > Log files and view the OFX log. That has all the details of your updates but it is not very user friendly. The most recent session is at the bottom of the log.QWin Premier subscription0
