Northpointe Bank Mortgage Not working

Since 2021 I had my Northpointe Bank account connected to my quicken for mac and downloading transactions. Since December 2022 no transactions download and I only get an error saying Account Mismatch and/or account does not exist. I can get into the bank's online account with the same password and no problem. I contacted Northpointe and the confirmed my account information is correct and there has been no technical changes on their end.

I've tried to re-set-up the account several times to no avail.

Can anyone help?

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. They need to review a download log file and possibly escalate the situation to 2nd Tier support.
