What is the procedure for adding a Chase QDX file to Quicken

Downloading a Chase Credit Card QDX file to Quicken most often doesn't work. Is there a proper way to do this?

    There is no .QDX file used by Quicken. Do you mean instead .QFX?

    If so, do File→ File Import→ Web Connect .QFX file

    Be sure to select the correct account.
