How do I create, save, and access multiple budgets?

If I create a new budget called Budget 1 and the later create a different budget called Budget 2, A) What happens to Budget 1 when Budget 2 is saved, and B) How do I reload and use the previously saved Budget 1?

Once you create a second budget a new pulldown menu will be shown that allows you to select which budget you are working with:

To create a new Budget select : Budget Actions → Create new budget
