schwab not downloading all investments from their custodial service window

there are two securities in particular that are not being updated properly which I perform at least twice per week.

In this case the online share balance is nearly double the amount of shares recorded in my quicken account register

    So downloads are occuring, but some transactions that should be showing up in your Quicken Accounts aren't being downloaded?

    I was experiencing this with several of my Schwab accounts from April of last year until some time in December. A late November update (R45.13) - that I didn't install until December - said that this was fixed and it was, for a time. Now two of my Schwab Quicken Accounts are now not downloading at all, and haven't since 2/15.

    If you haven't updated to or past R45.13 then I'd try that. If that doesn't work then I think it's time to call Official Quicken Support.
