Premiere R48.9 - real time quotes not available in Preferences (edit)

I have Premier at Version R48.9 Build 27.1.48.9 and edit perference does not have real time quotes???

    so - not there ….

    The setting is at Edit > Preferences > Investments > Real time quotes.

    The Real time quotes setting is there for me under Edit > Preferences > Investments.

    I have Premier R48.9. There is something in the release notes for R48.9 about real time quotes not being displayed. Not clear if that is the option or the quotes themselves
