Cannot login - changed password- I am outside US (edit)
Hi all, just purchased a new subscription after many years and am unable to use it.
I logged into my account prior to the purchase/download, then decided to change what was a very old password.
Received the code, entered it, added a new password, received a message and an email that the password was changed, then failed to login on the website and/or the software.
The old password doesn't work, the (5) new passwords don't work.
I am (currently) outside of the US, if that makes any difference.
Appreciate any suggestions you may have, thank you

are you just connecting to Internet from wherever you are - or using a VPN ?
Do you receive the "invalid credentials" error message ?0 -
I tried both, without the VPN first.

Have you tried a VPN connection to a US IP address?
