Plus button on date field

It used to be if you click the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons on the date field it would advance or decrease the date. I just upgraded from Ver 17 and that is no longer the case. Is this something that can be configured or has the functionality gone away?

Use of +/- keys in the date field is dependent on your Windows short date settings. Short date mm/dd/yyyy will work, mm-dd-yyyy will not.

I'm running R48.9 and the +/- works for me in Date fields, so it has not been disabled.

Thanks mshiggins, I never would have thought it was dependent on the Windows setting. I changed the setting and now works as expected.
