Remove the share by lot identification without going through the wizard each time?

If you want to select and remove multiple lots of a security, you should be able to

    • Go to the account where you hold the security
    • Click on Enter Transactions
    • Select Remove
    • Select the date, the security, and the total number of shares to remove. If you don't know the total number, enter a large number but less than your total holding
    • Click on Specify Lots and double click on each lot you want to remove, or you can use FIFO or one of the other options to select automatically. Your total selection will show at the bottom of the Shares to sell column. If you have selected all the lots you want to remove and the Remaining to Select number is not zero, note the total you have selected, cancel, use that number in the previous step, and repeat.
    • Click OK when you are done selecting lots and OK again to complete the Remove operation.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to do this? There may be a better way to accomplish what you want.

I opened a new brokerage and transferred from one to another, unfortunately it duplicated and I was left with having to remove the dups.

So you don't want to remove the lots and preserve their history in the account, you want to delete the transactions that added the duplicates in the first place.

To do this, back up your data just in case, then click on the gear at the top right of the account and select Edit multiple transactions. Select the duplicates and hit the Delete button.
