CC-501 ERROR during one-step update

Options
I just replaced my main computer using Windows 11.
My first OStep update threw errors on many of my accounts.
I was able to fix all but one account within my OBee CU account.
I can log in via WEB without issues and there are no intermediate screens to answer.
Looking for some ideas. The thing is... I can post a "Pay" via "Check pay" to that account that throws the CC-501 error.

here is how it looks in the Quicken config file -

Not sure what this comment means, as Quicken for this CU does not support "payments" - ??

I have three accounts at OBee CU. Checking, Savings, and HELOC.
OS update reports that I don't have Checking and cannot locate HELOC.
    Savings have been fine.
It is odd since I can schedule CheckPay via Quicken to the checking account that "Is not there".
I have tried Resetting and Fixing and the problem will not clear. This issue was not present before replacing my computer with a new one running Windows 11. When I attempt to Reset the account, it all flows nicely and a screen reports "Success!". at least 90 days back the transactions are duplicated so I have to spend time going back and deleting all the duplicates. After all that, OSU does not connect. All of the accounts are using "Express Web Connect". Becoming somewhat irritating. For that one account (checking) I go online and download the transactions and import them to quicken.
    Ideas?? DaveR

    PS
And I do use both Quick Pay and Check Pay without any issues with this CU.

It appears that my OS update is updating at OBee CU. but I still receive an error that says I cannot download. It's like the updater is stuck in that mode. Not sure where to turn now.
Windows 11 up to date. Quicken subscription current.
