Switch All Securities to Average Cost Basis upon Sale

Is there any method to switch all securities to average cost basis upon sale without having to go through each security one by one? As it stands right now, every time I "accept" a downloaded sale of a security, I have to wait a long time for it to recalculate before the acceptance is completed.

That article tells how to do it one at a time. Is there any way to do all of them at once without going through each security separately?

Not that I know of. Have you tried Validating the file and Rebuilding lots to see if that speeds things up?
