Andrews Federal Credit Union issue

Recently started having an issue connecting to Andrews FCU. I removed the online setup for the account. Then, trying to set up the account again, I receive an error that unexpected information was received (see screenshot). But clicking OK continued to prompt to receive a code and I received the code in an email, entered it, then continued. Then I receive another error that just states "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)" (see screenshot).

Is anyone else having this issue or is this a known issue with this credit union?

    I've had this issue for over a month. Reported to AFCU, they've supposedly 'opened a ticket' but no response. None of these methods words for me. I can go to the website myself and download transactions, but that isn't an acceptble long-term solution!

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
