One of my Wells Fargo accounts is not displaying as available to download into Quicken.

When I open QUicken (Mac) on my desktop and go to the "get started" button, I am able to access my Wells Fargo accounts. However, one of the accounts is not displayed in the list of available accounts to download/sync. How do i fix this?

What type of account is the problem? Not all account types are downloadable.
