how t change to 2 line registers

I have been using 2 line registers for all of my accounts for years. I just added a new credit card account and it shows as a one line register for entering transactions. how do I change it to 2 lines to be consistent with all my other accounts?

    Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Use Two-line Display.

    Press CTRL-2 while viewing the register. This acts as a toggle between 1- and 2-line modes.
    Clicking the Action gear icon while viewing the register also provides a "Use 2-line display" option.
