Account not updating

I have a checking account and a savings account. Yesterday I transferred money from savings to checking. This morning I did an update to both accounts but this transfer is only appearing on one of the accounts. When I look in my bank account on line it shows the transfer from one account and into the other account as expected, so why doesn't Quicken pick up that transaction on both accounts in the update? This is not the first time I have made this type of transfer and Quicken has always shown the transaction in both accounts. This is the first time it has failed. Any ideas why?

    Do TOOLS, Account List. What shows in the Transaction Download column for both accounts? What's in the Last Download column for each?

    In your Savings account, what's in the Category field of the transfer?

    Both accounts under Transaction Download show the same statement - Yes (Express Web Connect +). The transaction is missing from the savings account therefore Category field for that account doesn't show anything. It does show other transactions in and out though. Just this one that's missing.
