Harley Davidson (US Bank) Visa STILL does not setup on Quicken (edit)

When I try to set up my Harley Davidson visa I am told and re-directed to quickencard.com This is not a quicken MasterCard, it is a H-DVisa.com card. VISA started using H-Dvisa.com May of 2020, when my problem started.

Since this is on the QUICKEN side, not USBank, has is it that I and directed to a quicken site to set up a new ID and PW?

I am using my DESKTOP. I've been going to the H-Dvisa.com site to do manual downloads to quicken.

My last post has been closed by kicking the can down the street, telling me to contact SUPPORT, they do not even respond. May of 2020 when H-DVisa.com came online all this started. Why can't Quicken follow through since you have the resources to end/fix this?

When I try to set up again, it wants to set up USBank H-DVisa using a QUICKEN account???!!!

Does QUICKEN even want to follow up on this, the last QUICKEN person CLOSED my discussion.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

    I am unable to find any record that you spoke to support via Phone or Chat, which method of contact did you use to reach out to Support? Do you have the ticket number given to you during your interaction?

    Which instance are you using to attempt to connect to within the financial institution list? If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the financial institution instance? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    The attached are screen shots of attempt to "link" up my H-DVisa.com account with QUICKEN. As you can see it is telling me that I need to create a QUICKEN CC Account.

    As far as I know support never responded, I got frustrated and gave up giving it a rest. I see others have the same issue and resorted to doing a manual download, as I have done and imported the file.

    This all-started May 2020 and I have been fighting an uphill battle with a different response each time. I've been told it is a VISA issue to talk to them, then they say it is a QUICKEN issue and I'm in the middle of this? I should not be and that was the response from support in 2020, as for 2023 I do not recall getting a response and gust gave up.

    My closed discussion was January 27. You can see the communication there. This is part of that conversation, the "link" pushed me to choices, so I do not know exactly what I chose. "Based on the issue you described, it would be better suited for you to please reach out to Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit." It was closed shortly after.

    Hello @William E Russell,

    Please be aware that the Quicken Community is not the same as contacting Support as it is primarily a user-to-user-based forum. The issue that you have described may likely result in requiring an escalation which is why you were previously advised to contact Support directly by phone or chat as individual escalations can not be done via the Quicken Community.

    I'm pretty confused with the various comments and the screen shots that don't show anything to do with a Harley card.

    So…. guessing you have "activated" and are using this Harley branded card ?

    Next - need to ADD ACCOUNT for the card for Quicken access ……
    Have you tried this ? -
    Attempting to Add Account using what "financial name" in the Quicken Add Account ?
    I see no Harley branded credit card listed ?
    What is the issueing bank for this card ?
    OR - where can you log into online to review your charges….. what online website address URL ?

    AHHH - Have you tried logging into the U.S. Bank website - to see if your Visa ID & Password might work there ?

    well … we were pretty focused on our comments above - with no direct reply with specific details as to what you have done, and the exact step replies or errors… The ADD ACCOUNT for US Bank either works for your Harley branded card, or not …

    Had to figure out attaching these screen shots. This is where it asks me to do a new QUICKEN ID?
